Being centrally located next to Grocery stores, restaurants, IMG as well as a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island this location has it all!

This 3 bedroom split floor plan property is pet friendly and offers tons of natural light throughout the house. This property offers a comfortable living area with a large flat screen smart tv perfect for watching your favorite tv shows/ movies.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals and offers new stainless steel appliances. Gather around the kitchen island to enjoy a nice meal or you even have additional seating at the dining room table.

In the back of the property, you have an additional screened-in lanai, that offers comfortable outdoor seating for your morning cup of coffee. The outside area also offers a big Weber BBQ grill and a large table to enjoy grilling out and spending time by the pool. The pool was recently remodeled and can be heated for an additional fee. The backyard is also completely fenced in so if you decide to bring your furry friends they will have a place to hang out and relax as well!

Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson’s Preserve which offers nature walking trails, a playground for the kids, and much more are located just a few miles away from the house as well. Looking for something more adventurous? Head to the Palma Sola Causeway and Kayak through the majestic Mangroves in Palma Sola Bay!
